This project attracted a lot of positive attention when we started working on it in lockdown and this ultimately introduced us to a number of our clients- which is the reason we are keen to share the story behind this project.
We started work on a complete renovation of this property which made the property unrecognisable from the front. A new render, with added design features to create a facade that completely changed the face of the house.
We refitted and reconstructed the house from top to bottom. The back of the house was extended outwards to create an open-plan living space that is filled with light from the installation of a pyramid roof lantern.
Throughout the property, we wanted a high-end finish and worked with some of our preferred suppliers for interior finishes such as a stone worktop and real-wood flooring laid in herringbone style.
